At Honey Stinger, we want you to be fully fueled and satisfied with your purchase. If your nutrition products arrive damaged or do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our website.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened consumables.

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our Hive customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our distribution center using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
